What I Packed in My Hospital Bag As A First Time Mom
What we actually used in the first days
Packing a hospital bag is often presented as an overwhelming task. In reality, the first days after birth require far less than most lists suggest. What matters most is comfort, familiarity, and ease.
This guide is a considered edit of what we actually used during our hospital stay. It is designed to help you pack with clarity, not excess.
This hospital bag checklist covers what to pack for mama, newborn (bébé), and partner, focusing on essentials and postpartum recovery items you’ll actually use in the hospital.
