At Mon Bébé, every piece is made and chosen with care. We want you to love what you order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Most of our items are made for your little one’s earliest days — which means we handle them with the highest hygiene standards.
For this reason, all purchases are final sale and non-returnable, unless there’s a genuine issue with your order.
We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund if:
• You received the wrong item.
• Your item arrived damaged or defective.
If this happens, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll take care of the rest.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not offered for change of mind, sizing issues, or items marked as “Final Sale.”
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changed your mind right after ordering? We get it.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 4 hours of placement — as long as they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once dispatched, your order is on its way and can’t be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across Pakistan.
• Delivery time: 2–5 working days, depending on your city.
• Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping: On orders above Rs 15,000.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
We partner only with trusted couriers to make sure your parcel arrives safely.
For international orders, please note that customs duties or import fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
