1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We currently require full payment at checkout. This helps us maintain fair pricing and reliable shipping for all customers.
2. What are your delivery times?
• Within Pakistan: Orders typically take 2–5 business days depending on your city.
• International orders: Delivery time varies by destination and customs processing.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or other unforeseen factors.
3. How will I know my order was successful?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order number and details. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact us via email or WhatsApp.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes — cancellations or modifications are possible within 4 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
5. What is your returns & exchange policy?
As our items are made for infants and sensitive skin, all sales are final unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo proof. We will review and get back to you promptly.
6. Where are you based and do you ship internationally?
We are headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan, and ship across Pakistan. We also offer shipping to select international destinations. Please note: international orders may incur customs duties, import taxes or local fees which are the responsibility of the buyer.
